تنمية أداء تدريس المهارات اللغوية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية وعلاقته بتحصيل وأداء طالباتهم في مدرسة أکاديمية الموهبة المشترکة في دولة الکويت (بحث فعل تشارکي)

ملخص:
يحظى التدريس التأملي بأهمية کبيرة في إعداد المعلمين قبل الخدمة أو أثنائها باعتبار التأمل من أهم الاتجاهات الحديثة في التنمية المهنية المستدامة للمعلمين، والتي تسهم في زيادة الدافعية، والاستعداد للتدريس، وزيادة الثقة بالنفس، وتنمية معارف ومهارات المعلمين، وفهم التحديات التي تواجههم، تنمية مهارات اتخاذ القرار، وصقل الممارسة الصفة. (Pollard, A., 2003, p. 12) کما يسهم التدريس التأملي في مساعدة المعملين على تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية، من خلال التحليل الدقيق للمواقف التعليمية اليومية، والإفادة من نتائج هذا التحليل في التخطيط للمواقف المستقبلية، ومساعدة المعلمين على التجديد في عمليتي التعليم والتعلم، حيث إن النتائج التي يتم الوصول إليها من فحص الممارسات التدريسية اليومية ، تفرض على المعلمين ضرورة التغيير والتجديد في هذه الممارسة، للوصول إلى أفضل شکل ممکن لعمليتي التعليم والتعلم.
وللتصدي لمشکلة البحث والإجابة عن أسئلته سارت خطة العمل وإجراءاته في الآتي:

أظهرت نتائج البحث الإجرائي الحالي حل مشکلة ضعف تلاميذ الصف السادس المتوسط في المهارات اللغوية تحصيلاً وأداءً.
Abstract:
The teaching by meditation or (reflexive teaching) is of great importance in pre-service teachers training  or during this training- meditation as one of the most important modern trends in the sustainable professional development of teachers, which contribute to increased motivation, willingness to teach, increasing self-confidence, as well as  developing teachers' knowledge and skills, decision-making, and refinement of practice in classrooms.
 (Pollard, A., 2003, p. 12).
 Teaching by meditation helps students achieve educational goals by carefully analyzing daily learning situations, using the results of this analysis to plan future situations, and helping teachers to innovate in the teaching and learning processes . As the results obtained from the examination of daily teaching practices, require teachers to change and innovate in this practice, in order to reach the best possible form of the teaching and learning processes.
To address the problem of research and answer questions, the following steps:
